Got a craving for chocolate? This is a quick chocolaty dessert that's made with just three ingredients. It's quite an indulgence, but a little bit won't hurt.
Ingredients
1 (13) oz pack of fudge striped shortbread cookies
(cut in half) Save 2 cookies for the topping.
1 package of instant chocolate pudding (prepared)
1 (8) oz container of lite dairy whipped topping, thawed
Directions
Line a 13" x 9" pan with half of the cookies.
Add half of the lite dairy whipped topping and gently spread it across the pan.
Add a second layer of the cookies as shown.
Add the remaining chocolate pudding and spread it evenly across the pan.
Add the remaining lite dairy whipped topping and spread it evenly across the pan.
Crush the remaining cookies and sprinkle them evenly on top of the lite dairy whipped topping.
Chill for two hours and Enjoy!
