Apple Fruit Smoothie
My snack of choice for today. With three servings of fruit, I'm off to a good start today. Apples dominate the flavors in this smoothie.
Ingredients
- 3 cups of peeled chopped apples, frozen
- 2 cups of frozen red seedless grapes
- 3 bananas
- 1/2 cup of almond milk
Directions
Add all ingredients in a blender and mix until all ingredients are well combined. Enjoy!
