
Ingredients
- 3-4 cooked boneless skinless chicken breast (cubed or broken into small pieces)
- 1 cup of shredded carrots
- 1/2 cup of light Mayonaise
- 1/2 cup of slivered raw almonds
- 1/4 cup of sliced green onions
- 2 Tbsp of dried cranberries
- 1/2 tsp of black pepper
- 1/2 tsp of Emeril's Original Essence
Directions
Combine all ingredients together and chill in the refrigerator for one hour. Enjoy! Makes 6 servings.
