Strawberry Mango Smoothie

I'm getting at least two of my daily recommended servings of fruit from this smoothie. It's refreshing and delicious and made with strawberries and mango.



Ingredients

  • 2 cups of fresh strawberries
  • 2 cup of frozen chopped mango
  • 1/2  cup of almond milk


Directions
Add all ingredients in a blender and mix until all ingredients are well blended together. Enjoy as an afternoon snack or as a dessert. 




Makes four 8-oz servings.
