Ingredients
- 4 - 5 cups of cooked bowtie pasta
- 2 cups of cooked, chopped boneless chicken breast
- 1 cup of peppercorn ranch dressing
- 2 cups of fresh kale or spinach
- 1 cup of diced tomatoes
- 1 tsp of cilantro
- 1/4 tsp of black pepper
Directions
Add all ingredients in a bowl and stir until well blended. Chill in the refrigerator for 1 hour. Enjoy!
Makes 4-6 servings.
